The system font scan also reads the font files CoreText has available (core-text's collection of all available fonts, safe API), so fonts that Adobe Fonts, RightFont and other font managers register from their own folders are cataloged. Files the font folders already hold are read once; paths that lead to no file are skipped. FontDb::global serves the desktop app and designcraft-cli alike; the scan stays in the background. Fixes #261, #327.
