aiongg 6aada5b74a UI: quitting asks to save documents with unsaved changes (#544) ...

Closing the window or Quit (Cmd+Q, now a menu command instead of the predefined
terminate item) asks about each unsaved document: Save, Don't Save or Cancel.
The control channel's app.quit still quits without asking.
