Zach BerryandClaude Fable 5.1 a48a2d706a chart.options takes textColor so a chart's text can be coloured

On a dark theme a chart's title, axis labels, legend and data labels
render in a fixed grey and nothing could change them, though the model
already carries `text_color`. `chart.options {textColor}` now sets it
(#RRGGBB, accent1…accent6, tx1…, or null for the default) and refuses a
string that isn't a colour. docs/mcp.md mentions it.
