Nikita RakitinandCursor bd017b861d UI: Size and Position dialog sets geometry in one step ...

Shape Format › Size and the shape menu open a dialog for position,
size, rotation, scale and lock aspect ratio. One command writes them
together, so undo restores the whole change.
