FaabyyandClaude 906898f662 Canvas: a flipped box snaps the edge under the dragged handle (#961) ...

The resize handles sit in the box's unflipped frame, so in a flipped box
(also one that a drag past the opposite edge just flipped) the dragged
handle is on the other side. Snapping looked at, and moved, the fixed
edge instead.
