Nikita RakitinandCursor 88bea399e5 UI: customizable Quick Access Toolbar ...

The title bar's quick access buttons become a list the user controls:
a Customize menu with PowerPoint's common commands and Reset, right-click
any ribbon button to add it, right-click a toolbar button to remove it.
The toolbar is saved with the UI state; app.qat scripts it.
