Marco Arnulfo 19ebd9c2dc Animation Pane: Play From the selected effect ...

With an effect selected the pane's play button reads Play From and the
canvas preview starts at that effect on the play-all clock, so the
effects before it have already played. With nothing selected it is
still Play All. animation.preview takes an optional from index.
