Nikita RakitinandCursor 65e465a611 UI: Create New Theme Colors dialog edits the theme in one step ...

Design › Colors › Customize Colors… opens the dialog when design.colors
is called with no name and no colours. Save applies that scheme name and
the twelve theme colours together, as one undo.
