- #178: ToUnicode ranges looked up without indexing
- #465: frame_num gaps are concealed (bounded) even when the SPS forbids them; cut streams keep playing
- #471: control request lines up to 256 MB so picture/media inserts still fit
- #473: a merge that loses its only row or column is removed, with regression tests
- #521: AutoCorrect no longer rewrites real words (cant, wont, im)
- #654: inherit_placeholder_geometry's doc comment back on its function

main's axis_scale now reads plotted_extent rather than value_range, which #537
taught about waterfalls; route waterfall charts to value_range there too.

Nikita RakitinandCursor 26d8bfdd3a UI: Design Effects applies a theme effect scheme 
design.effects replaces the theme's format scheme (fills, lines and
effects) with DeckCraft, Soft, Crisp, Lift, Glow or Plain. Colours and
fonts stay. The scheme already in use is not an undo step.

Nikita RakitinandCursor 22074c4c69 Format: repair degenerate slide sizes on load 
repair() brings each slide side into PowerPoint's 72–4032 pt (as Design › Slide Size allows;
it accepted 1–4000 before), and replaces a zero, negative or non-finite size with 16:9; a bad
notes size gets the default. The native reader takes a null, string or missing slide/notes
size as NaN for repair to fix, so such a file opens instead of failing as damaged (NaN and
infinity are saved as null). The canvas fit and slide show fit treat a zero or non-finite side
as 1 pt, so an in-memory bad size can't make layout infinite.
