Claude 887ea1e706 Slide show: click-triggered animations, per-slide state and hit testing
Make the slide show behave like PowerPoint for interactive decks.

- Hit testing resolves the topmost visible shape under the pointer.
Non-interactive shapes block shapes beneath them; the hand cursor
  shows only over interactive shapes.
- Click-triggered animations (interactive sequences) play on shape
click, repeat after their last step, and apply in click order so
  cycling "score ring" shapes work.
- Each slide keeps its own progress: returning to a slide through a
link or Back restores hidden shapes and animation state.
- A shape with a link and an animation follows the link immediately;
its animation clock only runs while the slide is shown and resumes
with the remaining time on return.
- With advance-on-click off, background clicks still play animation
  steps but never change slide.
- A click on a playing step completes it at once.

Docs (gaps, animation and slide show parity, roadmap) are updated.

Nikita RakitinandCursor bd017b861d UI: Size and Position dialog sets geometry in one step
Shape Format › Size and the shape menu open a dialog for position,
size, rotation, scale and lock aspect ratio. One command writes them
together, so undo restores the whole change.

Nikita RakitinandCursor 304bf06290 Insert: Lucide icon gallery as stroked shapes
Insert › Icons places seventy Lucide 1.56.0 stroke icons as custom
geometry: no fill, round caps, and a line width scaled from the
24-unit design. The gallery searches by name. SVG paths, including
arcs, are converted when the icon is inserted so the renderer strokes
the outline.

Nikita RakitinandCursor b03b19bca7 SmartArt: write the outline to .pptx as a diagram; read it back from the data model
Export: a group with a diagram becomes a graphicFrame naming ppt/diagrams
data, layout, quickStyle and colors parts, plus the group's shapes as the
cached drawing (dsp). The data model is built from the outline (doc, node,
parTrans/sibTrans points and parOf links). A diagram read from a file keeps
its own layout, quick style and colour parts until its layout is switched.

Import: the outline is rebuilt from the data model's parOf tree, so
PowerPoint diagrams get the Text Pane. Their shapes stay the file's drawing
until the first outline edit (typed text isn't mapped back to nodes then).

Nikita RakitinandCursor 6e40335424 SmartArt: Text Pane, add and remove shapes, promote and demote
A SmartArt group now keeps its outline (Shape.diagram: layout + nodes with
levels) and its shapes are regenerated from it inside the group's child
rectangle. New commands: smartArt.nodes, setNodes, addNode (after, before,
above, below), removeNode, promote, demote and layout. Sub-points become
bullets in their parent's shape; the hierarchy layout is a real tree with
connector lines. Text typed into a diagram shape is read back first.

UI: a SmartArt Design contextual tab and a Text Pane (Enter adds a line,
Tab/Shift+Tab demote/promote, Backspace on an empty line removes it).

Nikita Rakitin 27988aaa24 Render 3-D extrusions: sides swept behind the face under turned cameras
sp3d extrusionH (with extrusionClr, srgb or scheme) under a camera that
turns the shape now draws the shape's sides: its outline swept from the
back face to the front along the camera's view of the depth axis, in the
side colour shaded, before the face. camera::project3 projects points
off the shape's plane.

Nikita RakitinandCursor 0cbee85ea8 File: six original starter decks
File › New and the start screen offer Briefing, Lesson, Pitch, Field Notes,
Quarterly and Evening Talk. Each is a few slides of our own text on one of
our themes. file.new takes template, and file.templates lists them. Passing
a theme as well, or blank, is refused. PowerPoint's large gallery is still
open.

Nikita Rakitin 8fd04ebd92 PPTX: round-trip chart trendlines
An owned corpus slice checks combo charts with data labels, merged
tables with diagonal borders, and text columns, autofit, vertical text
and a WordArt warp. Trendlines (type, order, period, forecast,
intercept, equation and R²) are now read and written.

Nikita Rakitin 9f8c860f90 PPTX corpus: themes, masters, effects and links; keep text Mouse Over actions
New owned corpus test on PowerPoint-shaped XML: a custom-theme deck with
shadow, glow, soft-edge and reflection effects and every common text and
shape hyperlink, and a two-master deck with its own themes and layouts.
The one loss it found: a:hlinkMouseOver on text runs was dropped; it is
now read into RunProps::hover and written back.

Nikita Rakitin c94b5c8d1e PPTX: round-trip 3-D models and animation bounce end
An owned corpus opens, saves and reopens SmartArt and OLE kept as XML, audio and video bookmarks and trims, a section with a hidden slide, slide-number and date fields, ink, .glb models and animation repeat, bounce end and triggers. Relationship-bearing SmartArt and OLE, playback options and rewind stay with their open PRs.

Nikita Rakitin 5bdfc3228d Add a performance baseline: deckcraft-cli bench and cargo xtask bench
Times open, per-slide render, save, the PPTX round trip and PDF export, and
reports peak memory; xtask builds the CLI in release, runs it on the sample
and any given decks, and compares with docs/benchmarks/baseline.json.

Nikita Rakitin 184b76e2a7 Round-trip text effects, layout, fills, bevels and connectors
An owned corpus of those kinds survives open, save and reopen. A run's
inner shadow, reflection and soft edge were dropped, and a bevel preset
with no kept 3-D XML was not written back, so import and export now keep
them.

Nikita RakitinandCursor 0e763ab78c Text: Bullets and Numbering dialog
The Bullets and Numbering menus only offered a fixed list of styles.
"Bullets and Numbering…" at the foot of both menus opens PowerPoint's
dialog: Bulleted and Numbered tabs with their styles, a custom bullet
character, Start at, Size (% of text, 25-400) and Color (automatic,
text or an accent), and None.

format.numbering now takes color and size like format.bullets, and
both clamp the size to PowerPoint's 25-400 %.

Nikita RakitinandCursor bc42b62cc4 Pictures: Remove Background with a classical matte
The Picture Format > Remove Background button was a disabled
placeholder. picture.removeBackground now flood-fills from every edge
pixel through similar colours: each step must be close to the pixel
before it (so gradients and soft shadows follow) and to the edge colour
it started from (so it can't leak into the subject). That region turns
transparent with a one-pixel soft edge, and the picture points at a new
PNG; undo brings the original back. Tolerance 0-100 (default 20); the
ribbon offers normal, looser and tighter. Pictures whose edges are all
subject are left alone, and pictures over 16 megapixels are refused.

Nikita RakitinandCursor 4ea79d4c5e Shapes: Edit Points — point types, Bézier handles, right-click menu
shape.pointType makes a vertex smooth (handles in line and equal),
straight (in line) or corner (independent), turning its segments into
curves so it has handles. shape.moveHandle drags a control handle; the
other one follows as the point's type says (given, or read from the
handles). shape.points also reports each vertex's type.

Canvas: clicking a vertex shows its handles, which drag (one undo step
per drag) and follow the type chosen for it. Right-click a vertex for
Smooth / Straight / Corner Point and Delete Point, or anywhere for Exit
Edit Points; a shape's context menu gets Edit Points. The selection box
is hidden while points are edited.

Nikita RakitinandCursor 733522d528 Shapes: Edit Points — drag, add and delete a shape's vertices
New cmd::points with shape.editPoints (enter/leave; a preset becomes a
freeform in shape-local points), shape.points (vertices in slide points),
shape.movePoint, shape.addPoint (splits a line, quadratic or cubic
segment) and shape.deletePoint. After each change the box is fitted
around the outline and kept in place on the slide, rotation and flips
included. Closing edges are made explicit so they take points too.

On the canvas the edited shape shows its vertices as handles: drag one
(one undo step per drag), Cmd/Ctrl-click a vertex to delete it or the
outline to add one; Escape, Enter or a click elsewhere leaves Edit
Points. Shape Format ▸ Edit Shape gets an Edit Points item.

Not yet: smooth/straight/corner point types and Bézier control handles.

Nikita RakitinandCursor e9315bc141 UI: seeded whole-window soak with memory and timing bounds
ui_soak_tests.rs drives the app through the egui test harness with seeded
random clicks, drags, keys (plain, Ctrl, Shift), typing and scrolling over the
sample deck. Every ten actions it checks that every document validates, the
selection is in range, undo, journal, thumbnail and texture caches stay
bounded, and no command or render panic was caught; at the end, that input
really reached the editor and the mean frame stays under 250 ms. Two seeds x
150 actions run in CI; DECKCRAFT_UI_SOAK_STEPS/SEED run it long.

Panics swallowed by the guards were invisible to tests: Session now counts
them (panics_caught) and deckcraft_render::panics_caught() counts render
panics drawn as blank. Textures::thumb_count exposes the thumbnail cache size.

Nikita RakitinandCursor 85833cf5f5 Engine: seeded editor soak tests; tiny charts no longer blank the slide
soak_tests.rs drives every non-file command with plausible and hostile
parameters over a ~100-slide deck, checking after each step that the
document validates, the selection is in range, the undo stack is bounded,
undo then redo restores the exact document, and every 100 steps that the
deck saves and reopens as .deckcraft and .pptx. Four seeds x 400 steps run
in CI (under a second); DECKCRAFT_SOAK_STEPS/SEED run it long.

The long soak found that a chart a few points wide panicked in f64::clamp
(label gutter min above max), and the render guard then blanked the whole
slide. chart.rs now uses a non-panicking clamp_soft for the gutters and the
zero line; a render test draws tiny charts next to a shape without the
guard.
