Nikita Rakitin dac0d054fe Show: See All Slides and zoom 
During a show, G opens a thumbnail grid and a click jumps to that slide.
Z then a click zooms the slide to 2×. Presenter view has Black, White,
All slides and Zoom. Esc closes the grid, then the zoom, before it leaves.
