The Animation Pane row in ui-parity.md said the pane cannot preview from
the selected effect, but its button reads Play From and starts there
(animpane_tests). gaps.md, file-format-parity.md and the parity checklist
said .potx and .ppsx are saved with the .pptx content type, but
deckcraft_pptx::export_as writes the template and slide-show content
types, as a test in crates/pptx/tests/it/roundtrip.rs checks. The
gaps.md entry now covers only the macro-enabled variants. The checklist
row stays partial, and cargo xtask parity leaves the summary unchanged.
Home > Columns offered 1, 2 or 3 columns, always 18 pt apart, and Format
Shape > Text Box had the same three buttons. The spacing could not be
seen or changed, and picking a number reset it.
Home > Columns > More Columns... and a Columns... button in Format Shape
> Text Box now open a Columns dialog with Number (1 to 16) and Spacing in
inches, filled in from the text box. OK applies both in one undo step.
A Spacing left as shown keeps the text box's exact value.
format.columns with no fields opens the dialog. A key left out keeps the
text box's own value instead of resetting it to 1 column or 0 pt, and a
count that is not a whole number from 1 to 16, or a spacing that is not
a number, is an error. Before, an out-of-range count was clamped, a
count that was not a whole number meant 1 column, and a spacing that
was not a number meant 0 pt.
A paragraph that starts with *, -, --, >, <>, 1., 1), I., i., A., a.
or a) followed by a space or tab now becomes a bulleted or numbered
list in that style through format.bullets or format.numbering, and the
typed lead and space are removed. The keystroke is one undo step.
Backspace right after the change puts the typed text and the
paragraph's formatting back.
Tools ▸ AutoCorrect has "Automatic bulleted and numbered lists" to turn
it off, and text.autocorrect takes and reports it as lists.
* Build: line tables only for workspace crates, no debug info for dependencies
* Tests: one integration-test binary per crate
* xtask ci: nextest, doctests, test build without examples, one wasm check
With an effect selected the pane's play button reads Play From and the
canvas preview starts at that effect on the play-all clock, so the
effects before it have already played. With nothing selected it is
still Play All. animation.preview takes an optional from index.

review.reject {index | all} drops revisions from the list without applying
them, so the open deck stays as it is: a rejected inserted slide is never
added, a rejected deleted slide stays, a rejected changed slide keeps its
current content. Accept All skips what was rejected. Rejections are kept on
the compare session (keyed by the open slide id and the revised slide) and
end with End Review; like Compare and End Review, rejecting is not an undo
step, since it leaves the document untouched.
Revisions pane: Reject next to each Accept, and Reject All.
Keep later On Click effects and paragraph builds in separate interactive steps.
Add round-trip and headless show regressions.

Reject unrelated, malformed, incomplete and oversized replies without replaying commands.

Union merges of the 2026-10-14 community PR wave stacked header lines and
left near-duplicate rows, bullets and paragraphs with per-PR counts. Each
progress doc now has one status line and one row per fact, with current
numbers: breadth 84% over 191 features (cargo xtask parity, after removing
duplicate Thesaurus/AutoCorrect/Artistic effects/Corrections checklist
rows), 320 engine commands, 41 dialogs, 1,641 tests.

Fix-ups in the merge (review): zoom targets, sections and titles are looked up with get()
instead of indexing; Hyperlink literals carry both main's sound fields and zoom_return;
duplicated test statements left by the test-file union are removed.

slide.reuse indexed src.slides[i] and found media by scanning JSON keys
(media/poster/preview/sound), which missed artistic-effect originals and would
miss any reference stored under another key. New engine module media_refs: one
typed walker over the model (written once, expanded for & and &mut) that visits
every MediaId a presentation, master, layout, slide or shape can hold: pictures
and their artistic originals, picture fills in shapes, lines, runs, table cells
and styles, chart series and points, backgrounds and theme format schemes;
media clips and posters, 3-D models, OLE/SmartArt previews and node pictures,
picture bullets, hyperlink, transition and animation sounds, embedded fonts.
slide.reuse now lists and remaps media through it, uses get() for slides, and
keeps a linked media item's link when copying it.

A chart's kept parts were written under the names the source file gave them,
so a relationship to ppt/media/image1.png (or any name the writer generates)
produced a second zip entry with that name on save. Kept parts are now written
as ppt/<folder>/keptN.<ext> with a content-type override each, the chart's and
the kept parts' own relationships are rewritten to the new names (relationships
to parts that were not kept are dropped), and the package writer skips any
second entry under a name it already wrote. externalData/userShapes are dropped
only when their relationship is not written back.
Office 2016 chartex charts (added on main since the PR) capture and write back
their kept parts the same way; the plain-chart fallback carries none.

- review.thesaurus's params doc parses under describe's grammar; describe's edit.copy test
expects the landing branch's {text, html?} answer.
- The Language dialog test picks the landing branch's "Français (France)" entry; the Format
Background test allows the pane's title to appear twice.
- Progress docs rebuilt from the landing branch's versions with land-r6's rows applied on top,
so the union merge no longer drops the pen-pressure, ui.pointer and ui.key rows.

Fix-ups in the merge (review): uniform-width and highlighter strokes are drawn as one path (on
the slide and in the live preview) so see-through ink doesn't darken where segments overlap;
segment pairs are destructured instead of indexed; tests that build pointer events set the new
pressure field.
