* wblock: write the source drawing's $INSUNITS and $MEASUREMENT run_wblock built the written drawing from Drawing::new_imperial() and never copied the source's units, so every WBLOCK file declared inches ($INSUNITS 1) and imperial measurement ($MEASUREMENT 0) whatever the source: a block written from a metric drawing came back at 0.0254 of its size in any program that honours $INSUNITS on insert. The written drawing now takes the source's values for both variables, as AutoCAD's -WBLOCK does. A unitless source ($INSUNITS 0, kept by the reader per #1209) writes unitless.
