Tanish Manku 97679d8cff Ask before a save drops solids from a 2013+ DXF (#2334) ...

The interactive save only knew about DWG, so overwriting a 2013+ DXF lost SAT-text
solids on a command-line note. loss_on_save now lists them, and EXPORT reports them
with the DXF wording.
