SBaksa b6c1ab74f9 DXF: leave SAT-text solids out of files of 2013 and later, with a save note (#2334) ...

REGION, 3DSOLID and BODY read from a DXF 2000 hold SAT text; DXF 2013 and later
keep ACIS geometry in the data store section, so writing the text there made a
file other readers reject. Those entities are now left out of 2013+ DXF output
and counted in the save note; 2010 and earlier, and DWG, are unchanged.
Test: sat_text_solids_are_left_out_of_dxf_2013_and_later.
