* DWG: keep block draw-order sort handles through the DXF bridge (#2410)

acadrust's DXF writer renumbers SORTENTSTABLE sort handles past every entity
handle, so an entity left out of a table (sorted by its own handle) drew below
every listed one. The table now carries its codes verbatim before writing.
Tests in io/tests/it/sortents.rs; the bridge test fails without the fix.

* Parity checklist: regenerated after merging main

* DXF: a block/space sort handle of 0 draws last (#2439)

A SORTENTSTABLE sort handle of 0 means the entity is drawn after every other
(ezdxf reorder.py, which notes AutoCAD defines it). apply_sortents sorted it
first; key it after all nonzero handles. Test: a_zero_sort_handle_draws_last (DXF and DWG bridge).

* Parity checklist: regenerated after merging main

* Draw order: test two block entities left out of a SORTENTSTABLE (#2439)

Each unlisted entity must sort by its own handle, landing between the listed ones. A
single fallback key for all of them would put them side by side. Checked in a DXF and
across the DWG bridge; test-only.
