Valentin KleinandClaude Opus 5.5 3ef0edaed9 Layout viewports scale model-space linetypes by PSLTSCALE (fixes #257) (#259) 
With PSLTSCALE on (the default), dashes of model-space objects seen through a
viewport keep their paper-space length whatever the viewport scale; before,
a 1:100 viewport drew them 100 times too short, so dashed lines looked solid
in layouts and PDF plots. PSLTSCALE 0 keeps the old behaviour.
